How do I download prints after purchase?

All prints are digital downloads. To access the files, you can download them by going to your purchases. After purchase you can print them yourself. For guest checkouts, the downloads will be sent to your email.

Can I use your resources for a training?

Yes, please feel free to use any of the resources you find here for training. I request that you pay an additional fee for each listing you purchase (see Commercial Fees).

Can I get an updated file?

If you see a file that has been updated since you purchased it, please reach out. I will locate your original order and email you the updated file. If you see an error in a file, please reach out and I will fix it as soon as I can.

Yes. Etsy's standard policy states that you cannot get a refund for a digital product as a default. However, I allow refunds if you accidentally purchase the same product twice. Sometimes this happens with bundles and I'd be happy to make it right so that you don't waste your money. Message me with any requests to receive a refund.
