This is an add-on item. No physical item will be sent.
Only purchase this listing if you wish to ADD a rear print to your t-shirt purchase that does not include rear print.
This item MUST be purchased on the same invoice as the shirt you are purchasing.
Please provide as much information on the rear print as possible in the personalization box.
This add-on is PER tee, NOT per order. Add as many rear prints you need at one time.

Name (if applicable)
Number (if applicable)
Print Colors (we do not offer glitter, neon, metallic, rhinestones etc. Flat ink colors only.)
File (if applicable, for example a photo to be printed, attach to an Etsy convo. You can click the contact shop owner button on any listing.)

TERMS FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS:

A proof will be provided to you so that you are afforded the opportunity to review how the item will look when printed. We try to provide you a proof within 1 business day, but it occasionally may take up to 3 business days. You will then be given 2 days to approve the proof or request a change. You may request up to 3 changes. If we can't come together within 3 proofs, a refund will be issued to you or you will be given the option to pay an additional $5 per proof. If we do not hear back from you within 2 days, your order will ship as ordered. We do not accept returns on personalized items so it is important you review the proof provided. Please check spam and promotions folders in your email and check back to your etsy account where you can view the proof in your inbox.
