1. Submit this form on my website: www.GeorgiaArtwork.com/contact
2. Provide reference photos of the venue or landscape that you'd like to commission for a hand-painted watercolor painting
3. Receive project estimate and timeline from Georgia Artwork on the artwork process (minimum 4 weeks to complete the painting)
4. Receive digital proof - two rounds of edits included with the purchase (each additional round is $25)
5. Approve Proof - Sign a proof approval document
6. After the document is signed, the items go to print the next business day
7. Printing/ Production time is 3-5 business days
8. Shipping time is 3-5 business days

It is the client's responsibility to check all proofs for errors. Once we receive approval there is nothing we can do however we do offer discounted reprints for these mistakes.
If there is an error to your invitation that has been caused by us we offer complimentary reprints free of charge!
