✨FAQ✨ Where do you get your prints/stickers?

I make them all to order by myself! From the initial painting, to printing, laminating, cutting and shipping, everything is done by me in my home (with the help of my cats!)

Why do I have to pay shipping for one sticker?

While Etsy’s letter mail (the equivalent of a 63c stamp) does provide a tracking number, that number is not recognized by the US post office. This means items to do not get scanned, sometimes ever! This leaves you without any information about your order, and me without any knowledge of whether the package was delivered or lost. It causes a lot of confusion for everyone! To avoid that, and to provide the best experience that I can, I have opted to use First Class mail for all my items. This provides you with accurate tracking and peace of mind. It also allows me to ship your items in a sturdy mailer instead of a regular envelope! I do offer free shipping on orders $35 and above within the US!

My order is in “pre-transit”, what does that mean?

For orders within the US it means that a label was created but the package isn’t on its way just yet. This could be because I have not dropped it off at the post office yet, or it is at the post office but has not been scanned into the system yet. Orders can take up to 48 hours to move from “pre-transit” to “transit”. For international orders the “pre-transit” label can persist even until delivery. Usually it takes about a week for the package to leave the US and then your package should be assigned a new tracking number. You can view this number by logging into your account and tracking it via Etsy’s tracking system. Please allow up to one month for delivery.

Do you offer digital files of your work?

To protect my artwork these are done on a case-by-case basis. If I don’t ship to your country, but you’d still like a print, please message me on Etsy or via Instagram (link provided in About section).

Sally and Nita are printed on smooth, high quality matte paper. The prints are available in sizes 5x7 and 8x10 inches, with a small white border, and ship flat in a protective sleeve. The print would do best in a glass frame to prevent any damage from dust and harsh light.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

The print might take up to a month to reach you. I ship them out as soon as possible, but once they leave the US I have no control over them. Depending on your country you may also be required to pay a customs fee upon receipt of your package.
