It's my first time ever purchasing a product especially a monstera albo from another country (Thailand). The shipping was super fast; I recieved the plant within 3 days. The seller followed my request to insulate the plant since its 30 °F here in NYC and the plant arrived healthy. Some of the root end turned black and some snapped off (which I removed) from shipment but overall I definitely recommend this seller and will buy from her again. I hope the plant will revive from the shock during transportation and grow healthy 🙏.
