Refunds will be given once returned product has been received in original Etsy listing condition. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. 🌻 Please note: Most items sold in my shop are natural stones/minerals/crystals from Mother Nature 🌏. If a product is man-made it will be noted in the description. Each product may or may not include some small naturally formed imperfections.

These imperfections include:
✅Lines (crack crevices) formed within the crystal due to temperature/atmosphere changes while it’s forming.
✅Small cavities or druzy caves.
✅Inclusions (any material that is trapped inside while the mineral forms).
✅Most items are cut and polished to form their shape and in order to maintain that shape some of the naturally formed crevices or caves may not have been fully cut, buffed and polished out without disrupting the crystal/stones shape.

This is what makes each piece so unique and one of a kind 😊. Please take note of this when purchasing.
