What happens when I mark a purchase as a gift?

A gift receipt will be included in your order. Marking an order as a gift does not exempt customers from paying VAT, customs, or any other fees or taxes imposed by their country.

Customs Duties and VAT

This shop does not collect customs duties or VAT. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Your country will calculate these charges when your package arrives within in your county's borders and hold your package until these duties and/or taxes are paid.

I want more of something than you have listed, can I get it?

You are always welcome to ask! Most of my listings are vintage, in limited supply, or no longer manufactured. What is listed is all I have on hand. If I can obtain additional quantities, I would be happy to set up a reserved listing for you when I have more stock. Handmade supplies and finished jewelry pieces are one-of-a-kind or few-of-a-kind. Although I would be happy to recreate them for you using the same (or improved) materials and techniques, there will be slight differences from the original.

May I return earring findings?

If the findings are still in their original packaging and have not been used, you may return them within 7 days for a refund of the purchase price (but not the shipping, as per shop policies). Once I receive the box from you, I will process the refund.

I want hypoallergenic jewelry findings! Do you have them?

I carry a selection of titanium findings for those with very sensitive ears. Titanium is a non-reactive metal, nickel free and hypoallergenic. All stainless steel findings in this shop are Grade 304. Grade 304 stainless is also used for surgical instruments and food service. It contains a small amount of nickel (2-10%) bound into the alloy in compliance with EU regulation EN1811:2011+A1:2015, which limits nickel release to no more than 0.35µg/cm2/week. This type of stainless steel is considered hypoallergenic for most people. Occasionally, I also stock niobium (another hypoallergenic metal) or sterling silver ear wires. Don't see what you need? Bronze round Preciosa Crystal nacre pearls are premium imitation pearls with a crystal core and multiple layers of a smooth, durable coating that's highly resistant to scratches, ultraviolet radiation, and alcohol-based perfumes. This color of bead has a pearl finish. Center-drilled holes measure approximately 0.9mm. They're great for drop earrings, beaded bracelets, and creating graduated necklaces. Choose from either 8mm or 6mm beads.
