What happens incase the buyer doesn't accept the order once it has reached the destination

Incase the buyer doesn't accept the delivery of the product or has given an incomplete address and even after multiple attempts to contact there is no response the product will be returned back to us and a refund will be given after deducting the reverse shipping fee and Indian custom charges.
