Before you place an order, please make sure to thoroughly check the size guide included in each product page. We won't be able to accept returns if you order the wrong size. Tip: measure one of your own favorite clothes (one that is similar to the shop item) with a measuring tape on a flat surface, then compare your measures to the size guide.

1. We do accept returns (except for digital downloads). However, please note that our tshirts, sweatshirts, tote bags, zip pouches and tea towels are created specifically for you when you place the order. As they are shipped to you directly from our print shop partner, we try to limit returns as much as possible. Please make sure you double checked everything before ordering!
2. We’re happy to offer a refund corresponding to the item's price if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the (new and unworn) item’s improper condition.

After an item is shipped, things have moved beyond our control. Shipping (particularly for international orders) is affected by many outside influences, especially COVID-19. If you’d like an update on your order, please contact the shipping company with your order number or use a tracking number or link that you received by email. To avoid the most common issues related to shipping, please make sure to thoroughly check the information you enter when placing your order.

Customs fees may be applicable to your order if it is being shipped internationally, based on the delivery destination you indicated as well as your local regulations. Please note that you are responsible for any customs fees that an order may incur upon its arrival in the destination country.

All items are usually shipped within 2-5 business days (please check each product description for more details). Then, shipping time will depend on where you're located and where the product is shipped from. You'll automatically receive a tracking link by email after placing your order.

Your digital files are available as soon as your payment is confirmed. To access them, go to ‘Your account’/’Purchases and reviews’ and look for the order. Click ‘Download Files’ to the right, you’ll access the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

Due to the nature of digital items, we can't offer refund or exchange. Should you have any problems with a file, just contact us. If you have any questions, please ask us before making a purchase.

You may print the files as many times as you like for personal use ONLY. You may NOT share, forward, sell or distribute them. As original artworks, those bookmarks are copyrighted.

All sizes are correct, your printer simply scales the image. Standard solution for all printers: please uncheck the “Scale” or “Scale to fit media” option in your printer’s settings.
