MARBLE SINK BRACKET INSTALLATION GUIDE
Dear Customer,
Thank you for choosing our wall-mount bracket system. These brackets are specially manufactured for natural stone sinks and are designed to provide safe, long-lasting support when installed correctly.
Required Materials
• Bracket Set (2 Pieces)
• Drill or Screwdriver
• Screws and Anchors (Recommended: 6 x 60 mm)
• Spirit Level
• Measuring Tape
• Neutral Cure Silicone
Installation Instructions
Wall Preparation
The brackets must be installed into a solid load-bearing structure such as wooden studs, masonry, or concrete.
For drywall installations, the brackets must be secured directly into the structural studs behind the drywall.
Bracket Installation
• Position the brackets according to the width of the sink.
• Use a spirit level to ensure both brackets are perfectly level.
• Secure the brackets firmly through all mounting holes.
Optional Wall Finishing
After installation, drywall or finishing materials may be applied around the brackets if desired to reduce their visibility.
Sink Installation
• Apply a continuous bead of silicone to the top surfaces of both brackets.
• Carefully place the sink onto the brackets.
• Press gently to ensure full contact with the silicone.
Curing Time
Allow the silicone to cure for 12–24 hours before using the sink.
Important Notes
• Standard Brackets are designed for sinks up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
• Heavy Duty Brackets are designed for sinks up to 200 lbs (90 kg).
• Always verify that the installation is perfectly level.
• Do not use the sink during the silicone curing period.
• Professional installation is strongly recommended.
• Compatible with drywall installations when properly anchored into structural studs.
