Sometimes we reuse the outside packaging to support the environment. That means you may see us using an Amazon package mailer/box (turn it inside out). If you mark your purchase as gift, we will not use recycled material.

We can ensure you that the inside package is wrapped nicely. If you want to include a short gift message in your order, please leave note in "Gift Message". We will prepare it for you!

We totally understand that you'd want to receive your package as soon as possible! That being said, we will drop shipment within 2-3 business days after receiving your order (sometimes you might find your package on its way the next business day!)

If you would like to cancel your order, please request cancellation within 2 hours of your purchase. Please note that cancellation is not acceptable once the order is marked "Shipped". We process your item as soon as we can just so you will receive them soon!

We do accept custom orders. Please send us a message so we can work on a custom order together.
