We want you to love your purchase! We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, undamaged items. You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your eligible item.
Items not eligible for return or exchange:
• Personalized items: This includes initial jewelry, name jewelry, and engraved pieces.
• Custom orders: Any jewelry made specifically to your specifications.
• Items with adjustable lengths: Bracelets or necklaces ordered with extensions.
• Diamond eternity rings: due to their nature, they are only eligible for exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: Reach out within 7 days of receiving your item. Let us know if you'd like a return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package:
• Include the original invoice and a note explaining your reason for return/exchange.
• Ensure the jewelry is unworn and undamaged.
• Repackage the item securely, ideally using the original packaging.
Ship Your Item:
• Choose a shipping method with tracking.
• You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Send Us the Tracking Number: This helps us monitor your return and process it quickly.
Important: Please contact us for specific instructions before shipping your item back.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours without any fees. After that, a 40% restocking fee will apply. This helps cover the costs of materials and labor invested in your handcrafted piece, as cancellations mid-production can be a significant loss for my small business. Thank you for understanding!
