Multiple fabric quantities

Just as in brick and mortar quilt shops, FABRIC ISN'T CUT UNTIL YOU PURCHASE. When you order multipes of one fabric, it will be continuous, it will not be cut into pieces. Example: A one yard (36 inches) selection plus a 1/2 yard selection (18 inches) of the same fabric will be ONE 1-1/2 yard length, not two individual pieces.

What does it cost to ship?

Etsy's calculator estimates priority and first class pretty well, but can't possibly account for multiple quantities and flat-rate packaging, which is often lower. Excess shipping is refunded after delivery. Etsy's built-in shipping calculator allows you to put your zip code or postal code in, and select delivery speed. Pat refunds excess shipping after delivery. Use USPS' shipping calculator (postcalc.usps.gov) from my zip code 85269 to yours. Most fabric weighs 4-6 oz. per yard, so enter a weight and your and my zip codes to gauge delivery times, services (speed) and costs.

Wouldn't it be great if you could get a sample? Just purchase a fat quarter 18" x 22" which is the smallest size I offer. Not every item has that as the smallest size, some are a little larger. If you place an order, I can enclose a small sample when you make a note.

14 inches is end of bolt, already cut. Pellon® 975 Insul-Fleece™ is made from polyester fibers which are needle punched with an aluminized scrim binder that helps to reflect heat or cold back to its source. It is soft and comfortable for use in clothing as well as home décor and accessories projects. Insul-Fleece™ can be sewn through and, once sewn, is machine washable and dryable. Keeps hot things hot longer and cold things cold longer.

Insul-Fleece™ is not heat proof nor fire resistant. We suggest you use an extra layer or two of cotton batting between the outer fabric and Insul-Fleece™ for pot holders or heat resistant pads. Use caution when handling any hot surfaces. DO NOT IRON directly on the aluminized scrim binder.

PLEASE NOTE: If you plan to use the 975 Insul-Fleece™ in a project that will come in contact with any object over 400˚ we recommend that you place a layer or two of cotton batting between the Insul-Fleece™ and the fabric that will come in contact with the hot object. This will help prevent the Polyester in the Insul-Fleece™ from melting.

WARNING: As Insul-Fleece™ is made of 20% Metalized Polypropylene, it should never be used in the microwave. If you’re making a project that will need to be microwaved, you should use only 100% cotton materials.

FABRIC IS NEVER CUT IN ADVANCE: I don't know what people will buy! Just as in a fabric shop, when fabric is ordered, it's A CONTINUOUS LENGTH, not several pieces: e.g. 36" length (yard) +18" length (half yard) in cart=one 54" length (1.5 yards).
