This is a DIGITAL FILE. - No physical items will be sent to you.
2. Download your files and save them to your computer. Files can be opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader, if your computer does not already contain a PDF Viewer. You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free at www.get.adobe.com/reader. You may also open and edit files in applications such as Google Chrome
3. Print the files as many times as you need. Print in all colours or choose from any of the 12 colours included to build your own personal planner. If you would only like to print in one single colour, please select this colour by determining which page number the file is located on, and entering these settings into your printing dialogue box. Better results will be seen on thicker stock paper, which can be purchased or chosen from your local print store.

PRINTING

All our files are ready to be printed. Please be sure to choose the file that suits your printer (Either A4 or Letter). Printer sizes are generally geographically determined.

This Wellness Planner comes in 12 different colours. If you would only like to print in one single colour, please select this colour by determining which page number the file is located on, and entering these settings into your printing dialogue box. We cannot offer printing troubleshooting, but can give guidance where appropriate.

Please note colours may appear differently as a result of printers used, paper stock used and ink levels in printers. Quality may also differ according to these factors.
