d. Delivery of the product to the wrong address even though it was delivered on time

The pillow case is a beautiful material and very well made. My only concern is that tge colours are not as shown in the photo. The flowers are mainly yellow and orange. The photo shows some red as well. I’m not sure if mine is just faded or if it is a slightly different material. But, it is pretty.
