1) Upload the photo AFTER you've completed your purchase.

2) Send us a CLEAR image of your pet via Etsy messages or to our email info [!at] highlineprints.com

3) After sending you a preview of the design, if you're happy, we'll move forward!

4) As soon as you finish these steps, your products will be delivered to you!

NOTE: Close-ups and body pointing front make for the greatest shots. We would be more than pleased to assist you in obtaining the greatest image.

Each order is promptly started after it is placed. If you would want to cancel an order, you must messages within 12 hours of placing your order, and we will, at our discretion, arrange a refund. Order cancellation is not possible after 12 hours have passed. We have the right to accept the cancellation after 24 hours. This is due to the fact that our artists frequently get to work as soon as you place your order. When you request to cancel after your artwork has already been produced, we will deduct £3 from your order to reimburse some of the costs associated with producing the artwork.

Any additional photos cost £3 per person/pet

Please note that these are excellent quality photo prints on paper, NOT glass, and that they are NOT framed.
