Information concerning the EU Right of Withdrawal for distance buying: - request a return: within 14 days of receiving the item - return the item: within 14 days of making the return request - buyers are responsible for return shipping costs - item & original shipping will be fully refunded once item is returned You have the right to withdraw (request a return) your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period, also known as the cooling off period, will expire after 14 days from the day of receiving the order. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement e.g. through Etsy or you may use the model withdrawal form in the link below, but this form is not obligatory. Compliant with EU law I will reimburse you for your item and the initial standard shipping costs. Returns are to be sent back within 14 days of cancelling your order. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, if you return only part of your order, you will be refunded the price of goods returned. Once the item is returned & inspected you will receive your refund. If the item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value (with the exception of transport damage). Taking photos of the item and packaging before returning it is a good idea.
The customer may cancel for any reason (including colour not liked or incorrect size) from order until the end of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery to customer.

You must send your cancellation notice before the cancellation period has expired, by post, email or via Etsy Conversations. I would prefer you to use Etsy Conversations for all Etsy orders so that records of communications are available to Etsy's administration. You may use the Cancellation Form provided but it is not essential.

For cancellations I will refund the order value (including shipping of the item to customer), within 14 days of cancellation where goods have not yet been despatched, within 14 days of us receiving returned goods, or 14 days of giving us evidence of sending back. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. The customer is chargeable, up to original order value, for goods that are not received back or are returned damaged.

If goods are cancelled after despatch to customer please refuse delivery and the delivery service will return to sender.

Cancelled goods that have been delivered to the customer must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation. Please return goods in a re-saleable condition i.e. original packaging and clean.

Returns of cancelled items are to be arranged by the customer and are at customer cost. Returns are at customer risk and customers are recommended to ensure adequate packing and insurance for loss or damage in transit. A service with proof of posting and proof of delivery should be used.



For international returns from outside the EU please mark the parcel "RETURNED GOODS". You will need to attach a completed CN22 or CN23 form . We cannot refund import duties or taxes paid by you for receipt of the goods into your country, you will need to do that yourself, please keep copies of all paperwork and proof of posting of returned goods to support your application for refunds of import duties and taxes.

When the contract is formed

This shop displays goods which are advertised for sale and gives information about them. By advertising goods we are inviting you to place an order. If you place an order, we are not obliged to accept that order and the contract between us will only be formed if and when we accept your order. Our acceptance of your order and the formation of a binding contract between you and us will take place when we dispatch the goods to you. Up until this point, there will be no contract in place between you and us, which means that neither you nor we will have any rights against or obligations towards the other, until the order is dispatched
