▶We pack all orders personally, with care, and by hand. Depending upon your order, We will package your items with the Stay-Flat envelope or box made of sturdy material and sealed to ensure that it reaches you safely. We support eco-friendly packaging.

▶We grade our enamel pins & keychain one by one under a bright light to ensure the design is correct and sort out noticeable flaws.

▶We sell standard (A) grade Enamel pins & Keychains that may have minor or barely noticeable flaws. We do not sell collectors/perfect grade pins or junk (C) grade pins.

▶The back of the pins&keychains are not graded and only checked to ensure that the back stamp of the logo is present and the posts are firmly attached.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
• Items from a Seconds Sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must be returned in saleable condition with any original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, damage or use.If your order is refunded, it will be less the cost of shipping paid.
• If your order qualified for free shipping, your refund will be your order total less $5 for shipping and handling.

▶We are not responsible for missing packages due to postal service mistakes, but we will try our best to help assist you by contacting the postal service and try to track down the packages.

▶For UK and EU customers, please be advised that you might be responsible to pay for the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees of your countries.

▶For international orders outside of the USA: Please note that all international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and will typically be due once the shipped goods
