We offer two different shirt brands for your convenience, Bella Canvas and Gildan Soft Style. If you have a preference for a specific brand, please kindly ask us for availability before placing your order. We want to ensure you get exactly what you love!

If you do not specify a preference, we will ship the available brand at the time of your order. Rest assured, both brands are of premium quality and designed for maximum comfort.

FONTS AND DESIGN

*Due to monitor differences, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears online.
*You can choose your text color from the list in the listing photos. Simply slide the screen to view the choices.
*The text color will be black or white (depends on the t-shirt color), if not chosen.
*Please feel free to message us if you have questions or concerns.
*Please choose carefully, as we will not accept any cancellation, refund, return or replacement for a customer choosing wrong text color.


HOW TO MEASURE SHIRTS

*Chest: Measured across the chest one inch below the armhole when laid flat.
*Length: Measured from high point of shoulder from the back.

SIZE

*The unisex t-shirts are true to size. Relaxed fit for ladies and they can order one size smaller for a further slim fit.
*We provide size charts in each listing. Always check your size before placing an order. We cannot do a refund or exchange if the incorrect size is ordered.


PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

*Processing 1-2 days
*First Class Shipping is 2-5 business days(after processing time).
*We use poly bags for packaging.
*Tracking numbers will be provided.
*We will ship the items to Etsy Address. If you want to change your address for any reason, please contact us prior to ordering or in 6 HOURS after purchasing.
*We will not be responsible from non- delivered items, if a customer fails to inform us in the stated hours above.
*We kindly remind you that once we drop off your package in the USPS facility, we will have no control over the package anymore. Therefore we will not be responsible for items delayed by USPS and will not issue refunds *for items not received by a certain date. If you experience any issue with your package, please contact your local USPS facility.


REFUND

*Because all items are custom made just for you, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
*However, We will refund or replace the item ASAP if there is a mistake on our part. In such a case, please send us a proof. (A photo will work)
*You will be eligible for refund or replacement if:
*T-shirt size is wrong.
*T-shirt color is wrong.
*Text color is wrong.
*Design is wrong.
*Text is wrong.
*Other than the reasons in the list above, we won’t be offering refunds or exchanges. Please purchase seriously.


CARE INSTRUCTION

* Inside out, wash with a delicate cycle.
* Lay flat to dry
* Do not bleach
* Do not iron directly onto the design
* Do not dry clean.
