Production time: Our made-to-order pieces will be ready to ship within 5-7 business days after the order date. 2. Shipping: My store is in Vietnam, and jewelry and dresses are made here. For international orders, I will send them via Singapore Post, YunExpress and USPS carriers. - Orders being shipped to the US will take 7-15 days with USPS tracking. - Orders being shipped to another country will take 7-15 days with tracking.

Our ring is 100% 925 Sterling Silver. It is normal for silver to tarnish or darken due to oxidation, especially when exposed to environments with high sulfur content. Restoring the silver's shine is very simple. The easiest way is to use a pencil eraser to rub the surface of the ring; you will see it brighten up immediately. Afterward, just wash it with regular soap and water. Please try this, and you will see the quality is restored.

I requested for Terracotta but received but received chocolate brown which is much darker than showed in the picture. The second dress I wanter charcoal black but received dark blue/Black color. There was no option for Chocolate brown in drop down so, I could noy have selected that color.
