How should I care for my print?

To ensure your beautiful new print lasts as long as possible, it’s best to frame them behind glass to protect them from moisture, dust, and sunlight. This will help preserve the colours and quality of the artwork over time.

Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?

If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact me within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order is processed or shipped, I am unable to make changes or cancellations.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Kindly provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue promptly. I want you to be happy with your purchase, so please reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll make it right!

Delayed Or Lost Deliveries

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to factors beyond my control, such as weather, high shipping volumes, or postal service issues. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow up to 5 additional business days for delivery. If it still hasn’t arrived after that time, please reach out, and I’ll assist in resolving the issue. All orders are shipped with tracking where available. If you believe you order was mis-delivered or missing, please contact me within 7 days of the marked delivery date so I can reach out to the carrier and help investigate. Please also check with neighbours or other household members.

Can you send a digital download?

No, I do not currently offer digital downloads. All of my products are physical items that will be shipped to you.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

As all items are made to order, I’m unable to offer returns or exchanges. However, if there is any issue with your order (such as a defect or error), please get in touch and I’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. Your satisfaction is really important to me.

How do I contact you?

You can contact me through Etsy Chat, where I am always more than happy to help. I aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours. However, the most common questions are answered in my FAQs and Shop Policies, so please check those first for quicker answers! Please note, I do not monitor my email for shop inquiries, so Etsy Chat is the best way to reach me.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, I will process it within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2 to 3 days from the order being dispatched, while international orders may take longer. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped. The estimated delivery window is shown before you place your order and is also available in your order details. You can check the Purchases section of your Etsy account for updates on your order's status and delivery timeline.
