Please, take in consideration such thing as "measurement error", but it's only about couple of millimetres. Also, you will see all the necessary dimentions of your chosen product in the "Item Details" section. Please, read item descriptions very closely and if you have any problems estimating the product size just contact us for additional photos.

Our products are delicate and require gentle care or dry cleaning. Washing at 30%, no bleaching. Spin at low speed. Ironing no more than 110%. Tumble dryers are not recommended.

How long it will take to prepare & ship my order?

● Usually, for the regular order, our proccess of preparation before the shipment will take 3-5 business dayss, no more than that. For the custom orders preparation time will vary, but we'll discuss that in convos. For the worldwide delivery we use UPS, USPS, and express delivery FedEx, DHL . ETA (approx) US: 3-14 days. EU: 5-15 days. CA: 3-14 days. AU: 3-14 days.

Payment & How I can cancel my order?

We do not provide alternative payment methods other than PayPal IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT YOU CAN PAY WITH A CREDIT or DEBIT CARD, as a PayPal Guest. Please, choose the second option at the check-out page. Cancellation is possible only for 12 HOURS after you've made an order. Please message us, as soon as possible! ●ATTENTION● Keep in mind, that when you are cancelling your order we will sent your money back, but minus 10% of the whole transaction, due to the taxes reason. We pay taxes from each and every transaction automatically, when customer makes an order, so that 10% of money can not be refunded.

What if my package sent to the wrong address?

Please double check the "ship to" address entered into Etsy. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. We won't be making any refunds in a cases where you gave us incorrect address & the package simply was shipped in a black hole. However, if the package will not be lost or stolen and we'll be able to get our product back in a perfect condition - refund is possible, but without the shipping costs and minus 10% of taxes.

Express Shipping is possible, but in our country, it costs around - from 9,99 till 29,99 $ for the 3-5 days shipping time.

Exchange and return of goods

We accept returns and exchanges. The product must be in its original condition, without traces of use, in order to make an exchange, contact us within 14 days. Shipping is paid by the buyer.

Great material, looks lovely, the feathers are removable! I ordered long size but a short nightie slip arrived but once i messaged I was given great support and got sent a long one. Overall I am super happy!
