Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

We do accept returns within 14 days timeframe. Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept any exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests

All artificial flower arrangements should only be dust cleaned by either using duster, or hair blow dryer on cool set

Our pieces are oversized, carefully packed, and shipping via insured international couriers.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or paying any customs charges or tax. Please make sure you check this before ordering. The customs charge price varies from country to country and depending on the value of the item. This is usually for EU countries.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

S Design Floral is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.

Do you offer discount on Bulk Orders?

Yes we do, once you provide us with the information and quantity, we can work out the costs and offer a discount!

Ordered from this seller before and did receive sub-par fake wisteria on some of the garlands. After communicating with the seller this time, he did inform me that they now only use one type of fake wisteria. I decided to go for it and this time was pleasantly pleased with the the garlands. They look amazing, all the better quality fake wisteria and will look great up with the ones I already have up. Very expensive for the price, but this is the best wisteria garland I've ever found (when it's not sub-par). If it remains with only the better quality fake wisteria, it really is worth it

Looks so cute in my daughter’s nursery! A little different than I expected. I thought they would arrive as long garlands but they arrived already fashioned into an arc. Worked out nicely since I didn’t have to arrange them myself. Shipping was kind of expensive. The shipping cost almost discouraged me from buying but I’m happy I did. It’s unique and I’m obsessed with Wisteria Trees. Overall happy with the purchase.
