Nature of Handmade Ceramic

All items are made by hand with lots of care and attention, no two pieces will be identical. There will also be subtle imperfections that are celebrated as part of the beauty of each piece. These include variations in the materials as well as evidence of the making process. It is very important to me that you are happy with your order, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging. Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.

Standard delivery usually takes up to 10 business days (to most destinations), I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Express shipping option is available at checkout for an extra charge.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I pack items carefully and beautifully, using recycled boxes and Eco bubble wrap. If an item arrives damaged, I will replace it (see refund policy). Orders ship by registered eco post with tracking. Please see each listing for processing times. Shipping from Israel usually takes 1-2 weeks; delivery times are estimates and postal, customs or holiday delays may occur. U.S. deliveries: tariffs and import duties are included in the price, with no additional import charges on delivery. For other destinations, buyers are responsible for applicable customs duties and import taxes not already collected at checkout. For express shipping, please contact me before ordering for a quote and processing times.

Can I ship to different address?

All items will be shipped to the address on your Etsy Account. If you wish for your item to be shipped to a different address, please let me know once you’ve completed your purchase, and I will be happy to do that for you.

All of the items are oven, dishwasher, and microwave safe. I recommend to wash them by hand but it's not mandatory.

Custom and personalized orders

I am glad to receive any custom order and do my best to meet your expectations. Just contact me with your request. keep in mind, custom or personalized orders are not refundable or returnable.

Customs and import taxes

U.S. deliveries: all tariffs and import duties are included in the price. No additional import charges are due on delivery. Other destinations: buyers are responsible for applicable customs duties and import taxes not already collected at checkout. Customs inspections may cause additional fees or delays; I am not responsible for customs delays. If a package is refused because of customs fees payable by the buyer, it may not be returned and may be destroyed. Any return customs charges I incur will be deducted from the order refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can you make a drainage hole for the planters?

Yes, I can. It is not a problem for me and no extra charge for it. Just keep in mind that I usually don't make the planters with a drainage hole. So the crafting and processing time will be longer.

This XL plate is hand-thrown, and one-of-a-kind, each piece is a one-time creation, and no two will look the same.

Product Description:
This listing is for One (1) Platter
Diameter: about 13.8" (35 cm)
Color: Black
Lead-free glaze

I am offering this as a set of dinner plates in a smaller size - see here - https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/1283645844

The Black glaze is matte and has a silky feel to it. Their texture and touch are unique and the way they look will evolve with time like wood or iron.
