We request that custom details be added to the notes section at checkout, and its important that this made clear. Orders are sent to the address that is recorded under the DISPATCH address, we actually use this address directly as a label, so please check all spelling and ensure there is a country listed otherwise your item will be returned to us, and we will have to re-charge to re-send it, no refunds will be accepted under these circumstances.

PRODUCTION TIME - Is listed under your purchase in your account, normally towards the bottom of the order along with more info sent from us.

POSTAGE INFORMATION - All mail is sent first class delivery, however the time scales listed below are quoted by Royal Mail. If you have upgraded to special delivery or tracked and signed for international orders, then I will be able to provide tracking number for you, if not then there will be no way to track or trace your order. I do have proof of posting for each order that is sent.

Many customers get these mixed up, the production time is the time in which your item will be made from the date of order, its is then shipped and the shipping times are listed below, they are approx times, as I can't control the postal system, but if you upgrade to express most countries are approx 2/5 working days.

Royal Mail Delivery Times:

Delivery to UK 2-3 business days
Delivery to Europe in 3–7 days. Rest of the world in 9–10 working days

Please always allow a few extra days for customs clearance, even with tracked mail they can not be processed any quicker. An item will not be declared as lost unless at least 15 working days (for items posted within the UK) 20 working days (for items posted to Europe) or 25 working days (for items to the rest of the world) have passed from the due delivery date. The due delivery date is the shipping time thats quoted after the dispatch date. For example, if an item is dispatched to the U.S. on the 1st Jan, the due delivery date would be 15th Jan (this is the worse case, as normally received after 5 days), then the above amount of days would need to be added to this date, so for this example the date would be 19th Feb, as from the 20th Feb it would be assumed as lost by Royal Mail, in which case you can visit www.royalmail.com and from this site you can process a claim for your lost item. There are terms and conditions as with all claims, and Glam and Co will not take any responsibility or be able to advise in this process. If you have upgraded to either special delivery or tracked and signed, then please contact us and we will process you claim for you as it will be full insured, to the full value. Standard parcels are not always covered for there full amount, and restrictions to this process do apply.

CUSTOMS CHARGES: are the responsibility of the customer/buyer and are regulated and set based on your country.
