When will my package be delivered?

Processing time is 3–5 business days — the time it takes to make your piece. This is listed under “Ready to Ship” on each product page. Estimated delivery once shipped: Canada: 1–10 business days (Canada Post) United States: 2–5 business days (DHL Express) International (outside U.S. & Canada): 10–65 business days (via Chit Chats or Canada Post, handed to your local postal service) Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Failed deliveries and reshipments are at the customer’s expense. All orders ship with tracking + insurance. International parcels may be delayed by customs.

U.S. orders ship with DHL Express. Duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the shipping price. You will not be charged any additional costs at delivery.

What is the process to return my items?

When returning an item from outside Canada or the U.S., please label the package clearly as: “RETURNED CANADIAN GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE” On the customs form, select “Return of Merchandise” and write: “Returned jewelry – Canadian goods being returned – no commercial value” Declare a low value (e.g. $10). Do not declare the retail price. We recommend using your local postal service (e.g. USPS, Royal Mail, La Poste, Deutsche Post) rather than couriers like DHL or UPS, which may charge high brokerage fees. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense and MUST include tracking.

For Canadian buyers - do prices include tax?

A perfect minimalist, high quality 14kt gold filled chain and freshwater pearl necklace that’s unique enough to wear on its own or layered.

This is a very versatile and high quality piece that can be worn for years.

Please note - the pearls have a slight pink hue to them (as pictured). All pearls are natural and will slightly differ and in size, shape and inclusions, making each unique to its owners.

Gold filled is much higher quality than gold plated and most people with allergies to anything but gold can wear these gold filled.

Cleaning and care - should your necklace get dirty from skin oil or sweat that may lodge between the links, you can clean it gently with a mild dish soap (like Dawn) and luke warm water. Dry it with a soft cloth and it will shine back to new.
