Order early: All figurines are made to order. Allow enough time for processing, production, and transit. The standard production time is 3-5 days. And the standard transit times for UK delivery is 2-3 days. (Other shipping transit times are listed under Shipping Methods and Transit Times). For UK customers, it is recommended to place you order at least 2-3 weeks prior to your event. This may not apply to all custom orders. Rush order is possible. Please kindly get in touch and provide me with your country location and the items needed.

Fondant figurines storage and care until use: -Store toppers in a dry, dark, cool location (avoid central heating, windows, humidity, extreme light or other drastic environmental conditions as this may change the colour of your item). -DO NOT freeze or refrigerate your topper(s) as this can cause moisture to collect.

How long the cake toppers can last? How early should I order?

Cake toppers can easily last more than 6 months if store properly in cool dry place such as cupboards. It is advised to order sooner than later as sometimes shipping delay could happen.

For buyers from North America (USA and Canada) and Australia (PLEASE READ)

It is advised to order soonest possible as delay could sometimes happen in shipping and customs clearance. Please kindly state your need by date in personalisation message when placing order. Feel free to contact me and let me know your need by date if the event is less than 3 weeks away. I may be able to prioritise your order and dispatch soonest possible. I will do what I can from my end to avoid delay. Shipping delay is out of my control hope you can understand. Certain customs centre may take longer to process, particularly the ISC Chicago processing centre in the United States. You may also consider paying for shipping upgrade, through which I will use priority service so delay is less likely to happen.

These Dinosaur cake toppers are handmade to order, there may be small variation from the picture such as colours, dimensions and details.

All our cake toppers are made of HIGH QUALITY modelling paste fondant (sugar paste) so you can safely put them on your cake as they are edible toppers.
However, please be mindful as they have wooden cocktail stick to hold their parts together, which should be removed before eating. Though the cake toppers are made from mainly edible materials, they are largely for decoration purposes only. Please do not give to kids (0-4yo) as they are considered choking hazard.

The handmade toppers required 3-5 days of processing time before dispatch. Place your order 2 weeks before your party date to make sure it arrives on time. All toppers are protected with bubble wrap for posting. When your toppers arrive, please carefully unwrap and store in a cardboard box at room temperature. Please do not put in the fridge or in an airtight container, as this can cause damage. Simply store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.

When your order arrives, please carefully unwrap your order immediately (or soonest possible) with patience to check the item conditions. I do not accept return or exchange.
