Due to the nature of the handcrafted designs, many of my items are hand wash only. Specific care instructions will be sent in your package. Please message me for further instructions prior to the first wash. Any items damaged due to improper care, will not be eligible for return.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Additional gift wrap options are not available. Each item comes wrapped in matching tissue paper with a RaveCat Designs seal, and the additional beads come in a small jewelry bag. Each order will be packaged as safely as possible to protect purchased items from damages that can possibly occur during the shipping process.

As anyone that has ever purchased women's clothing knows, sizes can vary based on brand. All base items can be purchased from different brands based on availability. Along with that, colors may also vary slightly based on different brands. I strive to be as consistent as possible when placing orders, however, slight variances may occur. A customer has the right to question a variance, however, I have the right to use a variance based on the needs of the design.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are welcome! RaveCat prides itself on the ability to create the customer's item of their dreams. All customizations must be documented in the form of Etsy conversations and a new price must be agreed upon before the sale is finalized.
