Can I return or refund my item after delivery?

Return & Refund Policy Please note that we do not normally accept returns due to the complexities of international shipping. However, we do offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or do not match the listing description. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Important Notes: All of our products are handmade using sustainably sourced, natural materials. As a result, slight variations in size, shape, and color are completely normal and part of each item's unique character. For example, wall hangings made from natural raffia or seagrass may arrive slightly bent or with a different tone. This is not considered damage or a defect, but rather a natural characteristic of the material.

What to do if an item arrives damaged?

In Case of Damaged Item If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps within 3 days of delivery to request a refund or replacement: 📦 Photo of Outer Packaging Include the courier’s barcode clearly visible. 🎥 Video of Unboxing This helps us verify that the item was damaged upon arrival. 🖼️ Photo of the Damaged Item Show the damaged area(s) clearly. Once we receive the required documentation, we will open an investigation with our courier service. Please allow us a few days to complete the standard procedure before issuing a refund or replacement.

When my item arrived damaged am I entitled to full refund?
