Each order is custom made just for you. Due to the creation process, we cannot accept returns. If there is a manufacturing defect in your 3d miniature, please contact us directly and we will make arrangements for an exchange. Signs will have knots, grain lines and other natural lines in its appearance. We do not consider these a defect as they are natural occurring.

Once you place an order for a sign, it will take approximately 21 business days to create the item before it can be shipped. If you order a miniature, please allow 5 business days before shipping.
