The listing includes everything you need to create the garland, from balloons, to tape and glue dots and an optional balloon pump. We highly recommend a balloon pump if you don't have one, but give the option to purchase without if you already own one. These garlands are surprisingly easy to build, promise, no craft experience needed :-) Our listing photo is designed to help inspire you to create your own outdoor adventure, the pine spray florals, tent, backdrops, backpack and props are not included. Balloons will arrive deflated and need to be filled with air using a balloon pump or electric balloon inflator. Your balloons can be filled with air one to two days prior to your event. Exposure to extreme temperatures and sunlight can affect the appearance and performance of your balloons and glue dots.
