Are you suffering from chronic sinus headaches much like I do? Well through our travels around the country I was introduced to the natural therapy methods of rice packs. After years of utilizing them myself along with essential oils, I knew I could improve upon the design. I set out on my journey to provide much needed relief to those experiencing the same chronic headaches and pains that I experience.

After years of designing these therapy bags and selling on Etsy as one if the initial rice pack therapy sellers, we have received so much feedback and love from our customers. We have been working for a year on this new design that implements many of the feedback requests that we have received.

#4. Our new design offers cost savings and multiple options. Order two inserts and have one for both hot and cold applications with the same outside skin.

Scents have been a challenge for us over the years. We have found an average scent that will please the majority of customers, but 1/10 are very sensitive to either not enough or to much scent. We have been working diligently on our scents and have now created a custom option that will be available shortly. The scents will be packaged and available as a spray on application method. After listening to feedback we believe this will be the best of both worlds. For one the customer will be able to adjust the scent to there liking, as well as be able to be refreshed whenever they feel the scent is diminishing.

INSTRUCTIONS:

All rice bags come ready to gift with care and use instructions! Sending directly to someone as a gift? Gift wrapping and card are available.

**Hot Therapy:
Deliver hot warm moist heat to stiff necks, arthritic joints, migraines, menstrual cramps, pulled or tight muscles.

Directions: Microwave on high for 1 min, flip, reheat for an additional 1 min.

**Cold Therapy:
Deliver cold relief to sore and tight muscles, headaches and even bug bites without messy melting ice to even the youngest user.

Directions: Place in freezer for at least 1 hour in zip lock bag.
