What happens if your order arrives damaged?

We will send a replacement piece if warranted within 7 business days. We will only accept report of damage within 48 hours of delivery to home/post office. we require photos and details of broken/damaged products.

We try our best to respond to all orders within a few days of ordering however we recieve alot of message requests and can not always accommodate mock ups immediately. Your order will always be sent to you in mock/draft form for you to approve before I proceed with the cutting process. Some items are not sent with a mock up please see listings for specific details.

99% of our items are shipped with tracking. We use Canada post USPS ups FEDEX Canpar etc. I use a database that automatical inputs your address. Not all companies will ship to PO boxes. Please ensure you are aware of your tracking to avoid packages being returned to sender. Any packages returned to me will be at the purchasers expense to reship. I am happy to do an address change at any time to avoid any mail delivery delays.
