All items are printed in house after the order is placed. We try our best to get all orders shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Transit time for USPS Domestic First Class averages 3-5 business days, but can take up to 1 week or more. USPS Domestic Priority Mail transit time can be anywhere from 1-3 business days, depending on location. During and around Holiday Seasons these transit times may be longer. All orders are shipped from NYC.

All items are made specially for you and your pet! Due to this we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges, returns or cancellations on these items. We urge everyone to please double check all the order details (items, sizing, customization etc.) before placing their order. Unless the product is deemed defective or not matching order specifications upon arrival, we cannot offer returns and/or refunds.

USPS First Class Mail comes with a tracking number but NO package insurance. This is a policy implemented by USPS, not by PawTies. The USPS will not refund orders that are deemed damaged, stolen, delayed or lost if the First Class Mail package is not insured. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing the insurance or upgrading your order to Priority Mail or UPS. We cannot replace or refund order that are deemed damaged, stolen, delayed or lost in transit.

If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend reaching out to us before placing your order! We can sometimes make arrangements to get your order mailed out faster. We do highly recommend upgrading to Priority Mail shipping to ensure a faster delivery.
