Although our pieces are water resistant and made from gold plated stainless steel, we advise against getting your jewelry wet as this exposes it to chemicals such as chlorine. These chemicals may damage your jewelry and can remove the plating on the gold over continued exposure. To maintain your jewelry, we suggest cleaning it with the provided polish cloth.

Store all jewelry in a clean, dry place away from direct sun exposure and other atmospheric elements.

Do not store jewelry next to radiators, windowsills or in rooms with excess condensation, such as bathrooms or wet rooms. Damp and hot conditions can damage the gold plating.

Skin and hair products such as body lotions, perfumes and creams can react adversely with the jewelry, causing damage to the gold plating.

It is best to apply any cosmetic before putting on the jewelry. Jewelry should be avoided in the shower, baths, hot tubs, pools or in the sea.

Only one-sided customizations can be done. This is because every single letter, number and design is physically impressed by hand, with a jewelers’ hammer tapping each character’s steel shaft - so it leaves some slight evidence of the impression on the other side. This is normal and expected for all hand stamped items. Therefore, it is not ideal to customize both sides with the hand stamping process.
