International Shipping

International shipping costs for bulkier items such as buttons/patch bundles are higher than patches/cards. If both buttons/patch bundles and patches/cards ordered the higher shipping cost will apply. As with all orders, shipping costs are fixed and you only pay once however many items ordered.

UK Next Day Delivery Service - Order Deadline

For next day delivery service orders must be placed before 2pm. This is to ensure enough time for processing.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt has been made to the address given and the order is returned for whatever reason then a refund will be given for the items once received back (as long as in a sellable condition). The shipping will not be refunded. If free shipping was given on order then the shipping amount paid by ButtonCool will be deducted from refund amount.

Quantity - select from drop down the number of patches you want in your mix

The set of random patches will contain all different designs chosen from Button Cool’s extensive range (listing photos are representative of patches - please see shop for full range). For mixes of size 10 and higher they will come packaged together in a pouch. For 1 or 5 surprise patch mixes they may be packaged individually, unless the buyer requests altogether.

PATCH INSTRUCTIONS
* Place the patch on your chosen location
* Cover with a piece of thin cloth
* With an iron on a hot cotton setting (without steam) apply a still pressure for 30-40 seconds
* Iron the reverse side for 20-30 seconds

Tips:
* Advisable to put a few stitches around the edge of the patch to extend its life
* If ironing patches on (sewing on is always preferable for a longer life) make sure the material can handle a hot cotton temperature. Cotton and denim are ideal materials as they can handle high temperatures, do not stretch and have a good texture.
