AR-JEWELS offers a 5 day money-back guarantee or exchange on all purchases (this EXCLUDES items that are custom-made - including custom gemstone items, custom matching bands, oak (one of a kind), rushed, discounted, and items on payment/financing plans). You will have 5 days from the time you sign for your package to postmark the package back to me; All items returned must be in new/unused condition with all original documents and packaging. Prior to sending the package back, contact us for information how to ship the item back. AR-JEWELS cannot assume any responsibility for any item not returned in the manner described. We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Ar jewels uses the same sizing scale as fine jewelry stores found in your local area. Your ring will be made to fit exactly, based on your finger size. Before ordering if unsure of your exact ring size please check at a jeweler shop. Check http://findmyringsize.com, for BEST ring sizing guides and measurement details! Tips for ring sizes: Temperature is important! Don't measure when your body temperature is either too cold or too hot. A cold finger shrinks while a hot finger expands causing an inaccurate reading. Only measure when fingers are at room temperature. When two sizes seem to fit... If you hesitate between two sizes, always go with the larger one. A wider band needs a bigger size....

The recommendations below will help you preserve them in their original condition. Ensure that you remove your jewelry when washing your hands and putting on perfume or face cream. The particles present in these cosmetics may become lodged in cavities and form a corrosive blend of materials that in the long term may lead to premature deterioration of the metal. Don’t expose jewelry to household cleaning products as they may damage precious stones. Custom and personalized orders

Let me know your ideas/photos and I can make it into a physical one! All the details can be made to your request! Price upon request! Gemstone replacement is acceptable! Since most products are handmade and made in our workroom, you can ask us any form of personalization. You can choose from Rose Gold, Yellow Gold or White Gold. Also 9k, 14k and 18k gold are available for most of the items. Your own design is welcome too. Custom orders are not refundable.
