What paper do you use for your posters?

I'm glad you asked! I use semi glossy silk paper, which is the perfect middle ground between glossy and matte paper. It has a slight pearly sheen to it, making it look gorgeous both framed and unframed. Semi glossy paper has no glare like a fully glossy paper would have, but enough shine to it to really make the colors pop!

Is your shop environmentally friendly?

I am VERY passionate about making my business as environmentally-friendly as possible; - I partner with a printing fulfillment service that prints my art in 33 countries all over the world, which greatly reduces carbon emissions (and gets your new stuff to you way quicker!). To throw some numbers out, 85% percent of orders are produced in the same country as they are delivered, whoo! - My art is only actually printed when it's ordered, this in turn reduces production waste and use of unnecessary resources. - I offer responsibly sourced FSC certified paper from sustainably managed forests.

Do you print your posters yourself?

Nope! I've partnered with a printing fulfillment center that prints all my art for me and ships it to my customer. This makes my posters arrive waaaay faster to you than I could've ever done myself, and lets me fully focus on what I do best; making cool art for your walls!

What's your packaging like?

My printer service uses different packaging depending on the size of the poster as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to: The standard packaging for posters is: -Flat for posters up to A4 -Tube for posters above A4 Some exceptions are: -Tube with shipping roll in the following countries: DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT -Triangular/rectangular boxes in the US, Canada and Brazil

I've found a poster I like, but I need it in a different size, does that work?

Yessss it totally does! I can get you your poster in soo many different sizes, just message me about what you need and I'll make it happen! Please make sure to message me BEFORE you place an order, once an order has been placed the information goes straight to my print provider to print and I can't change sizes around!

What happens if I don't pick up my package from the post office, or am not at home when they deliver?

Please please pleeeease, pick up your poster/make sure you are at home 😭. If you don't pick up your package from the post office, it is not actually returned to me - it returns to the printing facility and sadly, they simply just dispose of it due to their own privacy policy. It is 100% your responsibility to make sure you can receive/pick up your poster and I am 100% not (!!) responsible to give you a refund if you don't! Not picking up your poster does also not count as you refunding it! For posters that can't be delivered for these reasons, and are sent back to my printing facility, you can get a partial refund, but will be liable to pay the shipping fee and a 30% environmental fee for the printing of the poster. 🌱

I wrote the wrong shipping address, what do I do?

First of all, PANIC! No not really, but definitely message me ASAP so I can correct this with my printing partner. If your order has already shipped, please contact the shipping company to see if they can help you. If they can't help you then uhhhh I actually don't know. The poster doesn't get sent back to me, it gets sent back to the printing facility and is thrown out due to their own privacy policy. If you write the wrong address, it is not my responsibility to pay for the printing and shipping of a new one, message me nicely though and maybe I'll give you a good discount to get a new one!

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Currently my printing studio can deliver orders to PO boxes in the United States and only for orders shipped with FedEx Smartpost, UPS Surepost, and UPS Mail Innovations. Other shipping partners e.g. Purolator in Canada do not support this option. Even though delivery to PO boxes is supported, I encourage you to place orders to home addresses.
