I placed an order for over a month now. And when I asked for tracking number. The seller sends me a false tracking. Not only that but also I have paid for express shipping that cost more than double to ship to Europe and for a month nothing received. Very bad service, communication and charging express shipping while it still says in transit for over a month. At least with express FedEx as mentioned then would have received. Shame on you

This customer was disappointed in the length of time it took for their shaper to be delivered to France. This customer was the most rude and disrespectful customer I’ve ever worked with and I hope they take their business elsewhere!!!
