HOW TO ORDER
1. Use the dropdown to choose your card and envelope size (A2 4.25” x 5.5” or A7 (5” x 7”).
2. Use the dropdown to choose your card and envelope quantity and envelope style (blank or with return address printing).
3. Select the + Add personalization to expand the personalization dropdown. Add all personalization info, including return address info if ordered for the envelopes.
4. Double check all personalization info, we’ll print exactly what you write.
5. Add to cart and check out – we’ll take it from there!

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
• Orders are processed in 2-5 business days. This includes designing and printing your stationery and getting it ready to ship to you.
• Orders are shipped USPS, Amazon Shipping, or UPS and will be updated with tracking as soon as they are shipped.

PROOFS
For faster production and delivery times, we do not send proofs. If you’d like a proof, please the proof add-on (separate listing), otherwise your order will be processed per your personalization notes. If a proof is requested, please note the extra correspondence time will delay the production of your order. Please also note we will not make an order until a proof has been approved and if we do not receive a reply, we may have to cancel an order.

FAQs
Q: How can I place a bulk order?
1. Review the photos and make your selections from the dropdowns.
2. On the cart page, use the quantity dropdown to change to the number you need.
3. Add all of the personalization notes (colors, monograms, text, etc.) in the notes area on the cart page, the personalization area on the product page, or send it in the messages. If you already have it in an excel or word doc, you’re welcome to email it to us, just send us a message. Whatever is easiest for you, as long as we get it!

Q: Why was my order cancelled?
A: The most common reason we have to cancel orders is they are missing information and we don’t hear back from the buyer. Please make sure your Etsy messages are turned on in case we have to reach you to ask or confirm any of your order info.

Q: Why is my tracking taking me to Amazon?
A: We sometimes use Amazon shipping depending on the shipping address. Amazon shipping uses the same shipping network as Amazon and in some places moves quicker than USPS.

Q: Can I include a gift message or have my stationery be gift wrapped?
A: We apologize, but we don’t offer gift wrapping or include gift messaging. You can choose Etsy’s gift teaser option, which will send the recipient a digital note.
