How do I care for my jewelry?

It is important to properly care for simulated diamonds to keep them shiny and radiant for many years. Remove your ring when working out, showering or bathing, when applying lotions, using hairspray, or chemicals such as acetone. Use a soft brush to clean the stones themselves, scrubbing gently with warm, mild soapy water to get rid of any dirt accumulation. Rinse the stones well in warm water, since soap scum can build up easily, and then pat it dry with a soft, clean cloth. Don't ever use tissues to wash or dry jewelry

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship almost anywhere in the world and free shipping offered to US, Canada , UK and Australia! International orders sometimes may be subjected to customs fees, duties, VAT or taxes separately calculated and collected at the time of delivery which must be paid and handled by you (the buyer). Do you offer engraving?

Yes , we offer engraving for an additional $50 , please contact us before placing your order if you are interested in having your ring engraved. Once an order is placed we no longer can add engraving so please make sure to request BEFORE you purchase so we can can make an invoice for you .

Does choosing express or priority shipping make the process of making my order faster?

Unfortunately no. Choosing express or priority shipping is for USPS only when we drop off your package. It does not making the process of resizing or making your order any faster. It wont make your order a rush. If you need to put a rush on your order please contact us and we will let you know if we are able to make it faster.

Return & Exchange policy

What is the difference between lab grown and natural diamond?
What is a Lab Diamond?

** Lab Grown Diamonds are real diamonds.
** Lab Diamonds and Natural Diamonds are basically the same, both chemically and visually.

A “Lab Diamond” is just like a Natural Diamond, except instead of growing in the Earth, they grow in a lab. There is no visual difference in Lab Created Diamonds vs Natural Diamonds. They sparkle the same, have the same types of color and clarity, and can come in the same sizes and shapes. Likewise, Lab Grown Diamonds are just as hard as Natural Diamonds.

The process of making this order is 5-6 days as stated in the shipping and handling section of my store. The reason it takes that amount of time is because I start making them from scratch once the order is received. I prefer to give my retail customers a more “fresh from the oven” jewelry to make them more personal rather than ship something in stock.
