There is ONE $62.00 custom debossing die charge. You only need to pay this the first time you order with us UNLESS you have new or updated artwork. For repeat orders, with exact artwork, you do not have to pay for the debossing die again.

***ALL the tags will be the SAME design on the SOLID side of the tag.

We will need to know:
1. tag color
2. buckle color - silver or gold
3. design color - black, white, silver, gold, blind (no color)
4. what is your event date?
5. when do you need these by?

These tags are non-refundable because they have your company logo. Cancelations MIGHT be possible if caught fast enough. It will depend on how far production has gotten. Once a debossing die is made, you would start to incur charges.


***ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS>>>Please tell your art department that we need a VECTOR in .AI or .EPS with fonts converted to outlines/curves (or supply the font file TTF or OTF). Our software version is CS6. Minimum point size is 10. Final design size can be a max of 2.625" x 1.5" Image files are not accepted.


This is our style LC luggage tags. These tags are 2" x 3 3/4" and come with an 8" strap buckle and keeper. These tags Always come with a standard traveler's identification insert. The INSERT is 2.5" x 1.5" and your safe area for text is 2" x 1" After you check out, you can request a free insert template. It can be edited with any PDF editing software.
