Where is my Digital File?

Digital files are sent through the Etsy messaging system. To avoid delays, please make sure your Etsy email settings are set to forward messages to your external email so you'll get notification when we communicate with you. You can do this at https://www.etsy.com/you/accountsettings/emails "Shipped" is the terminology that Etsy uses when an order is marked complete. Nothing will by physically shipped for digital orders.

Where do I print my Digital File?

A JPEG file works just like a digital photo & can be printed at any local photo lab such as CVS or Walgreens, with an online printing serviceor at home just as you would print any normal digital photo. A digital PDF File is good for printing on your own at home or at any office supply store like Kinkos or Staples. We recommend printing on 110lb cardstock. If you’re considering a professional online printer, we highly recommend Prints of Love! How do I access my Corjl Template?

An email from Corjl is sent to the email address associated with your order within minutes of your payment confirmation (check your spam folder if you are unable to locate). Click on the link, then follow the instructions to create an account and access your template. If you are unable to locate your Corjl email, you can still access your template by going directly to Corjl.com and entering your Etsy email or Username and Order Number (NOT the transaction number).

Does access to editable templates expire?

Our editable templates DO expire after 30 days. Most have a 5 or 10 download limit as well. They are not intended to be used year after year. This is to prevent templates from being stolen. Think of it as you are renting for 30 days just like a subscription or renting a movie. I consider extensions on a case by case basis so please contact me if you feel you need an extension.

Greeting Cards Shipping (and twist ties)

Standard shipping option for cards does NOT include tracking, but tracking is available as an upgrade. If you'd like the most accurate tracking, please upgrade your shipping method at checkout to include tracking.

How do I cancel an order?

Cancellations: accepted but must be requested within 24 hours of purchase for FULL refund. Cancellations may be considered after that time at our discretion ONLY. Orders placed WITH a proof requested that are cancelled after delivery of proof (before printing) will be assessed a $6 proofing/processing fee. Once a proof is approved, no cancellations will be granted.
