How long after I place my order will my item ship?

Our shop processing time is 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day. Make sure to include all relevant information including your phone number as our freight carriers will want it to schedule delivery of your item.

What is the processing time for will-call pickups?

Will call pickups from our shop in Southern California also require 3-5 business days to process. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day.

We do our best to give you an estimated shipping time when you place your order. However, orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. We encourage you to place your order 3-4 weeks before your event.

We've instituted a rush fee for any customer who would like their order made faster than our regular turn-around time. If you would like to upgrade to a rush order (turn-around of 2-3 business days, rather than 7), please contact us prior to purchase. The fee is $100 USD. We instituted this fee because – to be fair to all our customers – we don’t allow any customer to ‘jump the queue’. Instead, if you need your order faster than normal, we actually work overtime hours to get it done.

Yes, with orders of quantity 10 or more.

Do you paint the backdrops?

Yes we do, most items are an additional $150 to paint and can require an extra two days to process, so plan accordingly. Note: Make sure you are selecting the paint option in the same place you would find the folding option when applicable.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes we do, just let us know what you want. Be precise in your descriptions and allow for additional time needed for custom setup.

What do I do if my item comes damaged?

You are responsible for inspecting the box and goods upon delivery. YOU MUST NOTE THE DAMAGE WHEN SIGNING FOR THE DELIVERY. Any damage must be reported to us WITHIN 5 DAYS of delivery.

What is your return policy?

Returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. We accept returns within 7 days for unpainted items only. We do not accept returns for painted items or custom orders. Customer is responsible for return freight cost.
