I try to send my items out within 1 day. Most orders arrive within 3 weeks, but in Canada the postal service is overwhelmed with online orders and has warned customers to expect slower delivery. If it crosses borders, customs sometimes slows things down. I do not control the postal system or customs. All that is within my power to do is get your order out as quickly as possible, same day or next day

I try to keep my postage as low as possible and s it can take as long as 6 to 8 weeks during covid times for a parcel to arrive, & longer if it's going to UK or Europe. Canada Post is overwhelmed, due to the epidemic so we must allow at least 30 business days after the guaranteed date of arrival before insurance can be claimed, and even longer during covid. If it is not there by then, I will send a full refund.
If you want your item sooner, let me know when you place your order and if you are willing to pay for a faster service, then I will send it to you in your proffered way.
I will then immediately give you a full refund,. If it does arrive after that time, you can choose between sending it back or paying me for it.

To keep my postage as low as possible any book, magazine, pamphlet, graphic novel kit or flat object will be sent as an envelope. That doesn't have tracking unless you would like to add $20 or so to your shipping bill. To get a tracking number would double or sometimes triple the cost to you of postage. If you feel it is that important to you, message me and I can send you the rates for a higher level of survice.
