Fantastic vintage circa 1978 Grateful Dead 'Shakedown Street' raglan sleeve parking lot T shirt. Navy and white cotton baseball style jersey with double sided graphics. The front is Gilbert Shelton's cartoon graphic of 'the invisible pimp' sometimes called-the "Doo-Dah man' after the song "Truckin'. The back is the classic Uncle Sam skeleton riding a chopper motorcycle with the phrase, "There's nothing like a Grateful Dead concert" in stylized bone letters. Hem is raw and slightly curling, sleeves are 3/4 length with single stitched hems. The shirt itself has no holes or weirdness-but the printing on both sides is crudely done, faded and cracking. Please be aware this is a vintage amateur printed shirt. Has been washed.
