How long does shipping take?

Shipping varies by location. Most US domestic mail will be delivered within 2-6 business days as long as there are no crazy delays. International mail can take up to 1 month.

I haven’t received my order?

Most orders are made and shipped out the very next day. Once received by the post office, unfortunately delivery is out of my control. If you still have not received your order after 14 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international) please send me a message and we can figure out the best solution based on your needs. If no message is received within the allotted time, orders will be assumed delivered and no replacements or refunds will be offered.

My decal is not sticking. What can I do?

While I do quality check every single decal before shipping, sometimes outside elements can effect the glue on the back of the vinyl. Here’s a few steps to help: • run a card edge along the decal, both front and back to encourage the decal to stick. • flip decal over and peel the backing paper from the transfer tape, rather than the other way around. • if neither of the above work, put the decal in the freezer for a few minutes to harden the glue and let return to room temperature before trying the above again. If the decal does not release from the transfer tape once on the surface: • rub design with hand to create heat and friction. • align card on diagonal edge and slowly peel back while applying pressure on card and peeling tape.
