➤ All orders by default are sent as priority letters (no tracking ) but, if you want your order to be tracked, please let me know in a message when placing the order.

✷ Please note that in the case of a registered (tracked) shipment, the recipient's signature is required to collect the shipment. So, if the postman finds no one at home, he only leaves a notice that the parcel is waiting to be collected at the nearest post office. So please pay attention to tracking and notes left in your mailbox.
✷ One more IMPORTANT thing. It turns out that Canada Post and Australia Post do not currently track registered shipments from Poland. Therefore, shipments to these countries are tracked only by Polish Post only until they leave Poland. The only thing I can do in this situation is to guarantee a refund if your order does not arrive within the time I declared.

➤ All orders are sent by the state postal operator, i.e. first by Polish Post and then by the state postal operator of the destination country. For example, USPS in the case of the USA or Royal Mail in the case of the UK.

➤ All prints 8x10 and larger are packed and shipped in a cardboard tube with a diameter of 8cm or 10cm, depending on the number of ordered prints. Prints in 5x7 format are packed in a cardboard-protected bubble envelope. If the order concerns several prints, including formats larger than 5x7, they are all packed together in a cardboard tube.

➤ I accept returns on any item within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, items must be returned in its original condition.
