In case a deliver attempt is made and you fail to receive or pick up the parcel, it is not considered missing or lost. You must contact your post office and work with your post office to arrange further. 4. If tracking status says “delivered”, it is not considered missing or lost. You need to file "mail theft report" with post office. 5. Customer is responsible for shipping charges due to returned items.
