If you are not an Etsy member, after the payment is completed, you will be able to see the link to download the pattern. There also will be a downloadable link in your payment email, if you don't see this email, please check your spam box.

How can I download patterns?

After the payment is completed, you will immediately receive an email with the links to download the pattern. For most patterns, they will also be available in your Etsy account (under "Your account >> Purchases" section). But if you still cannot download the pattern, please let me know, so I can help you as soon as possible. Don't hesitate to contact me on crocheniacs@gmail.com!

Do you accept refunds, returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of the item, we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges. We kindly ask that you make any questions you have before purchasing it.

My pattern is password protected, how to open?

This is a new technology we are developing. So, if your pattern in protected, the instruction on how to open them is in the email you received with the links for the files. If you were not able to open them, contact us and our tech support will guide you through the process.

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again. If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again.
